It is a holistic health system, internationally called “The Mother of All Healing Arts”. Its ultimate purpose is to let us take control of our lives without the interference of disease or aging. Its guiding principle is that the mind exerts the most profound influence on the body and that release from illness depends on balancing our own consciousness and on extending that balance to the body. Thus, a a higher state of health is achieved.
